Town Square Jewelry allows returns and exchanges within 14 days of the day
you received your item(s). Jewelry cleaner and visor clips are not returnable
unless they were unopened. If you choose to return your chain or charm, you
will be charged a 15% restocking fee, and the item(s) must be returned to us how
it was sent to you, which means it can not be bent, broken, altered, or
blemished in any way. We reserve the right to refuse the return of the item if
it has any of the above problems.
The lifetime replacement guarantee does not apply to charms. If the chain does not fit you properly, you may send the items(s) back in an insured, padded envelope within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we will send you back the same style specified to your needs, whether you need the item(s) larger or smaller. Please note that we track every shipped package, and the date specified on the USPS website as to when you
received your package is considered as day #1. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If you specify you want your chain larger and if it is within the 14 day
return/exchange time frame, you will be charged for the cost of the extra amount
of chain put on your item, along with a shipping fee of $6.00. We waive the
$5.00 labor fee if you want a larger chain. If you want the chain smaller, a
labor fee of $5.00 and the shipping fee of $6.00 will be charged to your card.
If you paid via money order or check, you will need to send another money order
or check along with your item(s) for the exchange to take place. If you paid
via PayPal, we will require the money sent to our account before your item(s) is
sent back to you.
Lifetime Replacement Guarantee (Is as follows)
For all chain by the inch, we will replace the item(s) if there was dulling or breakage. This is a lifetime replacement guarantee, which shows that we back up the tremendous quality of our products. If you see that your item doesn't look the same as when you first received it, we suggest using a jewelry cleaner, as it is normal for any jewelry to collect dust or dirt due to continuous wearing. If you clean the item(s) and it still doesn't shine up like it did when you first received it, please put it in an insured padded envelope, along with the written lifetime replacement guarantee that you will receive, and a check or money order in U.S funds for our shipping purposes, in the amount of $6.00, and send it to:

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your new chain to be sent to you. If your chain is no longer available, we will work with you to get the most similar chain sent to you.
An RMA # is necessary for ALL exchanges or replacements, even if it's due to an exchange via the lifetime replacement guarantee. Please write the RMA # on all sides of the package. If a package is sent to us without an RMA #, it will be refused and sent back to you. Please contact us via our Support Center and the appropriate department to receive an RMA #
