We will gladly replace any and all defected item(s) with the same or similar style as purchased. You would receive a similar style ONLY if the manufacturer discontinued your original item.

If your chain is defective, please contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the policy for returning your item(s). There are never any repair costs to you. If a clasp or a jump ring fails, we will replace it for you at no additional charge. We only ask that you send the chain to be repaired along with a $6.00 check or money order to cover shipping and handling. If the chain can not be repaired, we will notify you with options of possibly making you a new chain and all costs if any that would apply.

Please note: We can possibly repair jewelry that you purchased elsewhere. If you need a new clasp or jump ring we can do minor repairs as long as the jewelry Does Not need to be soldered.
