Your shipping cost is a small fee no matter where you live inside the US and the total weight of the order. All orders cost a USPS Flat Shipping Rate of $2.95 to ship inside the U.S. Orders $35+ are shipped FREE inside the U.S. When viewing your basket, you can check on the cost of shipping to your area by clicking on the "How Much Is Shipping" link. We custom make all necklaces, bracelets, anklets, etc. Therefore depending on the size of your order, it may take a little bit longer for your order to be shipped out. Generally, all orders are shipped within 2-4 business days of the order date. If you would like to cancel your order it MUST be done within 4 hours (To Avoid 15% Restocking Fee) from the time you placed the order via our Help Desk or by calling us at (877) 406-8696. Town Square Jewelry allows returns and exchanges within 14 days of the day you received your item(s). PLEASE NOTE: if you return a custome made chain because you no longer want the item or just want to return the item, we will charge a 15% restocking fee. These chains are custom made to your specifications and may not fit someone else who orders the same chain. Jewelry cleaners and visor clips are not returnable unless they were unopened. If you choose to return your chain or charm, all item(s) must be returned to us how it was sent to you, which means it can not be bent, broken, altered, scratched or blemished in any way. We reserve the right to refuse the return of the item if it has any of the above problems. Watches are returnable as long as they are in "NEW" condition no scratches or blemishes and the tab is still intact for the battery. Please Note: the Lifetime Replacement Guarantee does not apply to charms. If the chain does not fit you properly, you may send the items(s) back in an Padded Envelope within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we will send you back the same style specified to your needs, whether you need the item(s) larger or smaller. Please note that we track every shipped package, and the date specified on the USPS website as to when you received your package is considered as day #1. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you specify you need your chain larger and if it is within the 14 day return/exchange time frame, you will be charged for the cost of the extra amount of chain put on your item, along with a shipping fee of $6.00. Please keep in mind that not all chain can be made longer and we would have to cut a new length of chain to meet your needs. If you want the chain smaller, a labor fee of $5.00 and the shipping fee of $6.00 will be charged to your card. If you paid via money order or check, you will need to send another money order or check along with your item(s) for the exchange to take place. If you paid via PayPal, we will require the money sent to our account before your item(s) is sent back to you. Lifetime Ring Guarantee If any defect should occur to your ring, you will need to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), then send the ring back to us in an padded envelope with the RMA# clearly written on the outside of the return package. Any package with no RMA# written on the outside will be returned to the sender. NO EXCEPTIONS. We recommend that you clean your jewelry regularly with the cleaning products we have on site or a proper substitute. If a defect should occur, your jewelry will be replaced with the same or similar style. Watch Returns If any defect should occur to your watch within One Year from the date of purchase, you will need to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number), then send the watch back to us in an padded envelope with the RMA# clearly written on the outside of the return package. Any package with no RMA# written on the outside will be returned to the sender. NO EXCEPTIONS. Purse Hanger Returns You can return any Purse Hanger for refund or exchange within 14 business days from the date of purchase. You have to request an RMA# in order to return your item. Please be sure to return your item in an padded envelope or package with the RMA# clearly written on the outside of the package. Jewelry Cleaner Returns Jewelry Cleaners can be returned to us within 14 business days from the date of purchase. If the Jewelry Cleaner has been opened, it Will Not Be Accepted for return. You will have to request an RMA# before you can return your Jewelry Cleaner. You must send your item(s) back to us in an padded envelope or package.
