Can I use any chain for a necklace or bracelet?
Yes, "ANY" chain on the website can be used for a necklace, bracelet, anklet, belly chain etc. Each chain can be cut to any length requested. Just put the number of inches in the "Length in Inches" box on the product page.


What do the measurements mean when it says 11.5 MM?
MM stands for Millimeters. This is a Metric measuring tool which is the same in measuring in Inches. This would mean that this particular item is 11.50 MM in width. The Standard or SAE measurements are measured in Inches. So this item would measure 11.50 MM measuring with the Metric system and SAE .45 in Inches which is about a half inch in size measuring with the Standard System.

Is this Jewelry Gold Plated?
Yes, but we like to use the term "Overlay", because this isn't your normal layered jewelry. Our gold far exceeds regular plated jewelry standards, which normally has 5 or 10 MILS of gold or also known as "coatings". Our 14K gold has 20 MILS of gold on it. What Jewelry cleaner would you recommend to clean my Jewelry?

Can I use other cleaners to clean my Jewelry other than what you recommend on your website?
Yes, but we have found that Connoisseurs Jewelry Cleaners work the best with our Jewelry. The cleaners we use can be used on any type of Jewelry that you already own, as long as it fits the guidelines of the directions on the package of each cleaner.

Am I safe using my credit card here?

Do you offer Magnetic Clasps?
Yes we offer the choice of magnetic clasp on certain chains.

What is better, a lobster claw clasp or a fold over clasp?
That depends on you. People with larger fingers or with shaky fingers find fold over clasps easier to use. People with smaller fingers will like either clasp. Note that some chains require one clasp or the other, and there is not a choice of clasps.

If I have a choice of clasps, will it affect the size of my chain?
No, it won't. Our fold over clasps and lobster claws are 1/2 an inch in length, so when you measure, have it in mind that it will be a 1/2 longer than you can see on your wrist because of the clasp. If you order an 8 inch chain, you'll get 8 inches.

Is there an advantage to purchasing from you rather than buying from a Jewelry store?

Is the Jewelry solid gold?

Our gold has a thread of Diamond Cut Jewelers Brass in it, which gives it the strength and affordability that solid gold does not give to you. Solid gold is soft, breaks easily, and is overpriced.

Can I leave my Jewelry on when I take a bath, shower?
Yes, you can.

How do I measure myself so I know I'll get the right size?
It depends on where you want the Bracelet, anklet, belly chain or Necklace to fall on your body part. For the wrist, you don't want the item too loose to the point of where it will come off of your hand, and you don't want it too tight either. It should have about 1/2 an inch of give to it. Most people wear a bracelet in front of the bone on the wrist, so that is where you would measure. Anklets are generally above the bone on the ankle, so you would want to measure just over the bone. For a necklace, take a tape measure and put it around your neck, then see where you would want the necklace to fall on your neck or chest. Measure that way. What if I have a kink in my chain that I can't get out?
If you have a kink in your chain, you can send it back to us via insured padded envelope, along with your Lifetime Replacement Guarantee! and a check or money order for $6.00. Please visit our Return Policy section for more details.

Is the cost the same for shipping regardless of how large or small the order is?

Are your Angel Visor clips available in Aunt, Uncle or Best Friend?

What is a Figaro? I've never heard of it.
Figaro is a popular gold or silver link chain design that incorporates a pattern of 2 or 3 small circular links with 1 elongated oval link. Our Figaro Necklaces are VERY popular.

What is "Rhodium"?
Rhodium is a rare chemical element and a member of the platinum group. It will not turn you green or black like silver will a tendency to do. Rhodium is often confused with silver, and they are not the same. Rhodium is better quality and thicker.
Rhodium is a silver-white metallic element, is highly resistant to corrosion, and is extremely reflective. It is used as a finish for certain Jewelry.

Can I wear my Jewelry when I am using bleach, ammonia or other cleaning products?
If its possible for the Jewelry to touch the cleaner, you shouldn't wear the Jewelry.

What if I ordered a piece of Jewelry with a Sapphire, Diamond or Amethyst in it? What kind of gems are they?
They are Crystal Chips.

What if I broke my Jewelry at work? Would you replace it?
